The Teacher Preparation Program at MCLA has posted a 93% pass rate on the Massachusetts Tests for Educator Licensure (MTEL), the exams required for Massachusetts licensure and as required for Title II reporting. Title II is part of the Higher Education Act, passed by US Congress in 1998, that requires colleges with teacher preparation programs to publish an annual report of their programming and assessments.
