Flagg Townhouses

The Townhouses are reserved exclusively for upper classman students prefer apartment-style living. Four students share an apartment with a full kitchen, a living/dining area and private bathroom facilities. Rooms within each apartment are designed to accommodate one or two students. The Complex is a smoke- and tobacco-free environment and alcohol consumption is limited to apartments where all assigned residents are 21 and older. The Complex has specific houses that are designed for ADA accessibility.

Townhouse Eligibility/Requirements:

Students interested in living in the Townhouse Complex must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Have 45 or more credits at time of submitting their housing application for the upcoming academic year or;
  • Be 21 years of age or older by September 15th of the upcoming academic year or;
  • Be an enrolled MCLA Graduate Student
