To reserve the SGA Office for a club service please fill out the

Make In-person Appointment

Please complete and submit any and all forms online or to the SGA Office Manager, Campus Center Rm310.

These forms are for clubs and organizations to efficiently process payments and requests. Most links will direct you to the EngageMCLA website.

  1. Please sign into the site at https://engage.mcla.edu/login_only
  2. Once signed in select the desired form from the home page.
  3. Then complete and submit the form for approval from the Office of Student Engagement.
