In The Garden of Memory, artist Junli Song invites viewers to enter into the In-Between Cosmos with an immersive installation. What happens to souls when they die? 

Artists in Residence

TranEvery year, in the spring semester, MOSAIC and MCLA’s Department of Fine and Performing Arts invite an artist from a rotation of disciplines to become part of our community and create work, share work, and teach a course at MCLA. 

Meet Ngoc-Tran Vu, a Vietnamese American multimedia visual artist and cultural organizer known for a deeply socially engaged practice that bridges diverse artistic media with community activism. Tran is MCLA’s current Benedetti Artist in Residence.

EVENTSPACE

EventSpace is a mixed use venue for lectures, community gatherings, film screenings and more. We are accessible to our community members in need of a place to host their event.

MCLA Gallery 51

Gallery 51

Located on Main Street in downtown North Adams, Gallery 51 exhibits work from a wide range of emerging to mid-career contemporary artists, participates in collective cultural activities such as First Fridays, and gives students hands-on experience in exhibition planning and gallery operations.

Gallery hours are currently Tuesday–Thursday, 11 a.m.–3 p.m., and Friday–Sunday, 11 a.m.–4 p.m.
