BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

The B.S. in Business Administration will provide an opportunity for students to become academically and technically prepared for a career in business, as well as government, non-profit organization, or graduate study.

Students graduating from the Business Administration program will gain a competitive advantage in today’s increasingly global market.  Students will develop a broad-based understanding of business operations, management, finance, strategy, business policy, and communications. The program provides a combination of academic challenge and practical focus in a collaborative learning environment facilitated by outstanding faculty.

Designed for the student who has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field, MCLA's degree completion program offers the opportunity to complete the college education you started, but haven't had the chance to finish.

PROGRAM FEATURES:

  • Cohort-style learning provides peer support for students who are managing work and family demands.
  • Acceptance to the program requires an associate degree or 45 to 75 transfer credits, and a minimum 2.0 GPA.
  • Classes are offered in a fully online, live synchronous format allowing you to earn your degree from almost anywhere.
  • 7 week sessions with meetings one evening per week.
  • Opportunity to earn credit for life and work experience.
  • Graduates of the program may be eligible to enroll in MCLA’s Master of Business Administration (MBA)
    degree program.

FINANCIAL AID AND HEALTH INSURANCE

  • Financial aid is available to those who qualify. 
  • Financial aid counseling is available on the MCLA website at www.mcla.edu/financialaid.
  • All students taking 9 or more credits will need to verify proof of health insurance.
